Now this looks pretty awesome, I know I know this new edition of Rock Band has no new methods of playing the game, but there are some elements from the LEGO games franchise that have been incorporated into this to make the game more enjoyable, such as; collecting LEGO elements to build vehicles, customize your band, kit out your band's den!! Plus the graphics are cool!

Just Cause 2 - "No Ordinary Mission" trailer
Hi all, hope you've all had a good Halloween! New vid for you all from destructoid.com, it's a new trailer labeled "No Ordinary Mission" for Just Cause 2.
Unfortunately not much has been released or said about the 2nd edition of Just Cause, I did post here a few weeks ago a video with a talk with some of the developers, talking about some of the new aspects to the game. DSi XL set for release
Nintendo has confirmed that a new DSi XL is set to hit Japan next month featuring a 4.2 big, that is 93 percent bigger than the current DSi's visual viewing. As of next month it will be available in Japan for $220 but will follow up in Europe with a first quarter release Nintendo has confirmed that the DSi XL will launch in Europe in Q1 2010. The system boasts two 4.2-inch screens, an extra large stylus and three DSiWare titles. Nintendo today confirms that a new Nintendo DSi XL console is launching in Europe in the first quarter of 2010, said a Nintendo UK spokeserson. The retail price of the Nintendo DSi XL is expected to be higher than that of the Nintendo DSi. Further details will be released soon.

Assassin's Creed: Lineage Part 1
Evening all, part 1 of the new Assassin's Creed: Lineage is now available for viewing on the official Assassin's Creed page on YouTube.
The series is a prequel to the upcoming Assassin's Creed II, which is out in stores on the 20th of November.
Some of you may recognize some of the digital visual effects used in this series, don by Hybride & Ubisoft Digital Arts, the guys behind the visual effects in 300 & Sin City.

Assassin's Creed: Lineage on YouTube
Ubisoft today announced the first of the three episodes from the new Assassin’s Creed: Lineage short movies will debut on YouTube. Beginning on October 27, 2009, YouTube will have the first episode of the short movies on its homepage in eight countries throughout the world for a period of 24 hours.
Developed by Ubisoft’s Hybride Technologies, the visual effects studio behind 300 and Sin City, Assassin’s Creed: Lineage combines live action and computer generated imagery (CGI) to explore the events that happen just before the Assassin’s Creed II game starts. The short films revolve around Ezio’s father, Giovanni Auditore da Firenze, and give insight on the game’s back story and universe.
The short films will whet the appetite of game players and fans of this type of cinematography in advance of the in-store release of the video game on November 20, 2009. Assassin’s Creed: Lineage will also introduce some of the characters that players will meet in the game: both foes and friends of the family, like Lorenzo de Medici, the Italian statesman and de facto ruler of the Florentine Republic during the Italian Renaissance period.
“Ubisoft is excited to share a new Assassin’s Creed experience with the public. The Assassin’s Creed Lineage film series is part of Ubisoft’s ongoing efforts to reinforce its intellectual properties by bringing them to multiple entertainment mediums, providing gamers with a more immersive experience when they play as Ezio, the master assassin of Assassin’s Creed II,” stated Yves Guillemot, chief executive officer of Ubisoft.

Black Wii bundle set for release in Europe
Well it's about time. Everything on my TV stand from my HD DVD player, which is now used as a regular DVD player, to my cable box is black. Except for my Wii. Why oh why did you have to throw off my color balance, Nintendo? I know nothing of feng shui, but this cannot be good.
As reported by Engadget, a limited edition black Wii bundle -- complete with Wii remote, MotionPlus, a Nunchuk, Wii Sports, and Wii Sports Resort -- is on the way. The UK and Ireland will have the chance to get this all-black bundle starting on November 6, while mainland Europe can do the same on November 20.
Additionally, Europe will be getting black versions of the Classic Controller Pro, Wii remote, Nunchuck, and MotionPlus beginning Nov. 20 to go along with the bundles.

Super Mario Bros Wii
Will the Mario Bros franchise ever stop?
Another preview video for you all today, showing off the Super Mario Bros for the Wii, set for release in November. The title is very similar to it's predecessors, but with more of a 3D look to it.
This Wii has version has a couple of more features to it compared to previous version, such as 4 player multiplayer modes on any given level & multiplayer battle modes, such as coin collection & highest scores on levels.
Another feature in this title, if a player dies more than 8 times on one level the game will ask the player if they would like to turn on Super Guide for them, which in return will perform some of the toughest parts for the player in that level!

LEGO Rock Band
Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and MTV Games today announced the full track list for the upcoming LEGO Rock Band game, including songs from Queen, Bon Jovi, P!NK, Jimi Hendrix and Blur.
In addition, the game will support downloadable content from the massive Rock Band Music Store to be played within LEGO Rock Band, while enabling songs from LEGO Rock Band to be exported on 360/PS3 available to play across all game modes in the Rock Band Music Platform.

Forza Motorsport 3 DLC
Turn 10, the developers of the highly anticipated Forza Motorsport 3, have announced that they are offering a one-time use only token with every new copy of the game. The token will allow the user to download a DLC with more cars & tracks!
If the amount cars & tracks already in the base game wasn't enough!
The models of the cars haven't been announced yet, but the website states that the DLC will include 10 cars in total & 2 extra tracks.

The guys behind the creation of Modern Warfare 2 have released the full list of the achievements for the upcoming title!
